Okay so here we play WW3. We send messages to other countries, send rockets, send nukes but DON'T CHEAT! Do everything slowly and don't just randomly start "OMGITSRUSSIAWITHBIGROCKET HAHAHA USA NUKES IT BOOM!!!" and say what you are doing.

What are you going to do now: All the countries of Middle East are shocked because of the loss of many innocent civilian lives during the Bombings of Sweden. Humanitarian Aid is sent with long convoys of trucks racing towards Sweden escorted by a large Armed Force. The President wants a truce between Sweden and North Korea because of the large number of civilian losses. "Killing civilians is an horrible thing and the entire world must be aware of this: we want to send more aid(s) to Sweden without North Korea's bomb falling on our heads."

Killing civilians and burning down entire cities is an horrible, criminal act. We didn't open fire on your nation, we instead only wanted to give aid to the civilians in Sweden.
