I tried to record this but it came out a black video. He was building a SG on bridge  in corner (usual spot) yet his avatar was hiding down in the water. Aside from that he was building SGs in front of spawn and spawn entering with EMPs.  he has been doing this over the last several days. He does not reply when asked to stop. Maybe it is language issue as someone suggested but its an English speaking server and the players job to know the rules as I understand it.
