Mouse not working.

Well, my mouse does not work. Also, the sound settings are glitched. When I change something and click "Apply", it just resets. I have tried re-installing, entering betas, deleting config,using touchpad, but does not work. And this happens on windows, also on linux.
That is the reason I haven't played TFC recently, since I can't play properly with keyboard.
