Another (or the same?) wallhacker

Got another one that I suspect is the same as this one, evading his ban.  Precisely the same tactics again, showing off what appeared to be a wallhack.  The new steam ID was first seen on EVIL servers on Feb 20 at 0500, not long before Gimpy posted that he'd banned the old steam ID (assuming I've matched timestamps correctly).

I appreciate in the absence of evidence there's not much you can do, so this is really for info.
