Nothing tied to the valve id shows kevin... no chat history or name history, so i can't ban on that.

Do you have a demo of the hacking?

He's done crap before and may have been banned before for hacking.

Kevin was banned for being a troll, and evaded his ban... hes one of the Valve guys we ban on sight. However, i dont see the link between this guy,  and Kevin. No screen shots, IPs dont match, nothong in his chat logs...
