The best funnies episodes of valve games' 1st generation for me are "Gman Squad", very funny. For 2nd generation it's probably Gmod idiot box.

I recently discovered this machinima made in Counter-Strike Source called The Leet World, it's quite funny but not very popular anymore. The creators made two seasons but never finished the series!
