Evading ban

Well, here I am again (sorry for bothering).
I just went in Low Grav and I found a guy named "C.H.E.J.O.o", I checked on the banlist and says that he's banned like 10 times (PermBan) (http://bans.esclan.net/index.php?page=4&sort=1)
I got a screenshot of the playerlist and a .tga made by writing screenshot command in the console (The screenshot contains the response of amx_who command) (I'll post both of them as attachments).
