Need Help Finding A Map

I've been searching for the name of this map a few years now. I was close with the help of others back when catacombs was still around. But it shut down and my thread died with it. Help me out peeps!

Description (Going off memory so may not be too accurate):
I guess it would be considered a skill/fun map. You spawn in a room with a table in the center and four glass containers in each corner of the room containing flag items (key, ball, flag). Each wall has a door that leads to another room.

Room 1: You enter as a demoman. To progress through this area you need to use your pipebombs. You launch them in areas where a button is hidden. You have to detonate the pipebomb to activate the button and unlock the door. There are several rooms of this. Till you get to the end and you collect a flag item. I remember the last room having an invisible maze you gotta get through.

Room 2: Looks like a concmap. You juggle up to the very top where there is a secret room in the wall. IIRC, the flag item here is a ball.

Room 3: I think was a death match room.

Room 4: Another conc room. Water in this area is toxic.

The map is called "cave".  I can send it to you; message me sometime.

There is a cave2 also that is a similar style.

Well I'll be damned. That is it. I've had those maps but always skipped them when searching because I thought they were climb maps.
