He's making it troublesome to get past, almost blocking one route out of spawn completely.

Edit: Btw I deliberately posted this in the "complaint department" rather than "ban request", but seems he got banned anyway. I also wrote "almost" blocking, it was still possible to get past duck jumping over the dispenser. Later he built a teleporter which could also be used.
