Some questions about breaking rules

hi everyone, i created this tread to know on which situations i should call an admin.

1.engi builds mg's outside the enemy base(like in well and avanti)
2.friendly engi builds mg's outside his spawn and an enemy captures them
3.mg's spamming
4.engi builds mg's outside the enemy respawn
5.spamming the sniper battlements

also i want to know if it is allowed to vote_hook on the middle of game

If they aren't facing or in range of a respawn door, I would not consider this to be against the rules. In Avanti, as long as they're not building inside the gate area it's fine if they're facing the gateway.

2.friendly engi builds mg's outside his spawn and an enemy captures them
No problem here. This is your engineers fault for building outside of spawn and not getting it upgraded in time.

3.mg's spamming
MGs spamming? That's what they're built to do.

4.engi builds mg's outside the enemy respawn
Very bad and against the rules.

5.spamming the sniper battlements
Spamming anything anywhere is against the rules.

also i want to know if it is allowed to vote_hook on the middle of game
Yes. It's available I think every 5 or so minutes. There's no restriction on when someone can initiate vote hook.
