hey sup forum

Just wondering if anybody knew if it was possible to bind commands to your keypad (if anybody uses those here)

you know, im a noob. A professional noob at that, I don't know.  :-\
incase you forgot this is a keypad

I mean commands like but not limited to:

phrases, such as
say/say_team "dead"

my keypad on my board has not gotten its lovely wash with hand sweat like my other 75% of my keyboard. its useless if I can't bind shit to it. :'(

Hello Sourcefroob

I prefer using keypad as controls, always have. Can do all functions using left hand, leaving only look / shoot with mouse on right hand.

Here's the easiest way to bind keys that I know:

Open TFC
Open Options
Open Keyboard Tab
Click Edit Key button
Hit button you want to bind.

Cheers

bind "KP_RIGHTARROW" "blah blah"
bind "KP_END" "ban all"
bind "KP_DOWNARROW" "say bIGPIng oWNz me"
bind "KP_PGDN" "say %i move i cant see"
bind "KP_ENTER" "fov 120"
bind "KP_PLUS" "team_say I'm froob"
