Can't detpack command center on CZ2 map

I've noticed that when playing on the Battlezone server if the map is CZ2 you can't detpack the command center.

By some miracle I've managed to stealth my way into the room 3 times and detpack it but there is no notification and the cap points don't reset.

It also doesn't matter where the detpack is placed.

icdont really remember how it works, but I thought the opposite team needed to be leading in order for it to work. Maybe try waiting for that.

I very rarely play this map, but I always thought it clears all points of the opposing team (regardless of who controls more points)
