Please update the sniperzone

I have two suggestions for changes that need to be made for the sniper server.

1) Please remove the bots, or at least give players the ability to vote kick the bots. Basically, there is no point in playing on the server unless there are at least four or five other players there, otherwise you're playing with bots. It's virtually impossible to get a 1v1 or 2v2 going.

2) Please remove non-sniper maps from the map rotation. A group of players keep coming in and voting for non-sniper maps such as boot_camp, just because they can't get people to vote for such maps on the main dbowl/vote server. It ruins the fun for the people who are there to use the sniper server for sniping, as it was intended.

I removed those maps, as for the bots, I will upload our vote_bots script to the sniperzone server later this week.
