My game keeps crashing. help?

heres the rundown:
my TFC crashes randomly while i play :
online (with tf2 textures)
online (just normal tfc)
offline
i am using lubuntu 14.04.01 LTS and running wine.
any ideas to solve the crashes?
BTW its lubuntu (the l its for the LXDE desktop eviroment)
Next time i will use a crowbar!

Cool, are you really using Linux to play TFC? I'll switch to Ubuntu very soon, too. There are no fixes for your problems, because your TFC copy was made for Windows and not Linux. The solution is to buy TFC on Steam, because Valve created a Linux version!
