Reporting a mic spammer

ya have seen him around on servers other than BZ - if i recall correctly, he has issues occasionally with racist comments...

He is permently banned. I checked the ban list. He keeps using a new steam/valve ID.

He always in Low gravity and Fun Adventure server, and he changes his nickname always, but I can recognize him with the same musics in mic and (if he did ban evade), I can see that I muted him (thing that i never do)

He is constantly evading, so you'll just have to ask for an admin to come in and get rid of him.

I don't know if it's possible to mute permanently a player (only mic)
