Been working on this for quite a while making adds and editing, but here's what I have so far

Welcome to our server(s).  In order to achieve a steady and fun game for everyone, please follow these rules

1) Respect all players, admin or not.
2) No Spamming chat, mic, or globalchat.
3) No recruitment/advertising of any kind.
4) No team shooting friendly players or buildings
5) No excessive spawncamping, including throwing nades at spawn and playing from spawn.
6) No flagholding.
7) No hax plz
No intentionally lagging the server.
9) DO NOT post personal information.

Cool Commands to use:
rtv/rockthevote = Rocks the vote closer to a new map vote
/soundlist = provides you a window to see available sounds for you to say
/soundsoff = to not hear custom sounds | /soundson = to re-enable custom sounds
!report = Submits a report for ESClan admins to see and take action

"No excessive spawn-camping" , so the occasional nade at the spawn will be is allowed then?

BY PLAYING ON OUR SERVERS YOU AGREE TO FOLLOW ALL OF THESE STATED RULES

General Gameserver Rules

[No Cheating]              Using hacks, cheats, or exploits to gain an advantage over the game and players.
[No Lagging/Crashing]      Intentionally abusing the map or engine to cause the server to crash or for the players to lag.
[No Blocking/Holding]      Intentionally blocking or holding an objective to prevent gameplay from continuing.
[No Spawncamping*]         Shooting to or from spawns is prohibited (nades too)

* A spawn is signified as a location primarily used to replenish health/armor/ammo for a player separated from the rest of the map by a team-use only (SOLID) door.

Communication Rules (Chat/Voice/Whatever)

[No Personal Info]      Giving out anyone's personal info (yours or any others) is prohibited on our servers, no witch hunting!
[No Excessive Language]      Excessive use of sexist/racist/vulgar language is not permitted, we are adults, not trolls

Laws of the Land

[Respect Everyone]         Respect all players, and all the rules.
[Private Property]      These servers are private property, it is a privilege to play here, not a right.

So it needs to not just say "no excessive spawncamping". Because any attacking to / from the spawns is against the rules.

Please also add that we have the glow stuff (under Cool Commands), and maybe add the bind info for NeoTF for those odd times that we have it enabled.
