Maybe it's because they figure TFC is a 20 year old game and it's probably lawless.
I think perhaps if the motd was updated more regularly with date stamps and such people would catch on that -[EVIL]- doesn't run anarchy servers.
Or not, I mean now that I think of it people probably just click straight through that mess to start fragging.
