Guy was wearing EVIL tag. Not sure if he's a member. I didn't see him on the list but I'm not sure if I can see everyone.
He might just not be aware of the rules.

The Clan Roster (https://www.esclan.net/roster/) is the most up to date it will ever be, there currently is no way for admins to hide their presence online, player connections are updated on join AND leave, so if they aren't on this list at the time they are playing, they are not a member of evil.
I doublechecked the full list, STEAM_0:0:16208997 is not located in our roster database.
