Yes. A screenshot is a picture of everything that is on your screen. If the text is gone, the picture that is taken will not have the text either.
Another way you can take screenshots is pressing the "print screen" key on your keyboard. It is on the highest row of keys, near the number pad.
After pressing the key, go to microsoft paint, and then hit ctrl+v to paste the picture.

or join us in 2013 and go to www.imgur.com and paste it there (ctrl-v) then start the upload process, come back and post the link, however I am not sure if windows will grab an image of opengl games.
Print screen works fine on windows. The resolution just changes slightly after pasting.
