Title: Invisible Spies with Sniper Rifle?

I was watching a spy today go invisible and just snipe his little heart out he was unstopable is this fair and allowed i have had some players ask me and other were totally oblivious to where the sniper was LOL .

I have a suggestion and I don't know how you all feel about it, but here it is.
How would you all feel about bringing back the blood bank and getting rid of the tech's?  I don't know if this is even possible.

I half support deadly's proposition.

I think the blood bank was a fun feature that was a pretty good fit on the neotf server. It should come back.

But i think TFC Tech should stay as well. We're the only server that still has it, and it is a plugin that runs the danger of being "lost to the sands of time" because not many people have those copies.

Thoughts?

I have a backup of most of the files running on our servers, so don't worry about losing a plugin (that's not even how it works, but i've given up trying to explain this simplistic shit) if bloodbank is re-enabled, I think the caps to the amount you can have should be put back in place.

well I was suggesting this all because it would eliminate the spy cloaking with the sniper rifle. awhile ago we removed blood bank and kept the techs to remove this problem. with the weapon drop we have now I was thinking that we should swap them out.
