So, recently, I have been in deep crap.
To begin with, I had at least 20 binds. They were all pretty much on the right hand side of my keyboard, as some may know, I use a laptop, not a desktop.
When I had my binds, I ran out of room. So, being the moron that I was, I decided to move my binds up to my numbers. (7, 8, 9, 0) Keep in mind i don't have a numpad.
Anyways, when I decided to remove all of my binds, I ended up not being able to do simple things, for example.
Voting for maps
-Any vote that goes above the number 5 or 6 (not sure) I cannot select, pressing the number for that map (example - 6. congestus) will do nothing.
This also carries on to any other menu there is.
-modmenu
-admin votes
-neotf menu
So, what i need is, how do I make it so I can do this things again? Is there a bind or something? I tried resetting all of my commands in the keyboard options, but it did nothing (besides clear my chat binds)
Please help, any feedback would be appreciated.
Hmm... Did you try the restore defaults button in the controls menu..?
Thanks to rabbit, I fixed it.
Its a slot bind.
I had to bind each number to its consecutive slot E.G (bind 1 slot)

Here are the binds you need:
bind 4 slot4
bind 5 slot5
bind 6 slot6
bind 7 slot7
bind 8 slot8
bind 9 slot9
bind 0 slot10
My slot binds are just fine, but sometimes I get in a bind with sluts.
