He was banned a few weeks ago, now hes acting up again

I forgot the command for record and screen shot,...but hes been banned for 3 for killing team mgs, I beleive an admin saw this, his crimes are many....

Logged in, didn't witness any spawn camping, but I did catch him team shooting MGs, so the proper action has been taken.
