If you didn't know, Steam finally introduced a refund system that lets you request refunds for games you just bought or haven't played much of at all.

I have already had success with it, recently being awarded a refund for h1z1 (shitty survival game).

I'm gonna return this Team Fortress Classic game. It sucks.

I returned my ex-wife. She didn't suck, was glitchy as hell. Living with her was kind of like a survival game, but I didn't get much of a refund for her. If fact, living with her was sort of like living with a virus. They could have called it h1z1, ex-wife virus. Maybe I could create a game....
p0, I'm glad you posted this. After reading your experience I decided to try and return all the games I bought in the last 6 months that sucked or had a glitch...now I have 143$ in my Steam wallet and am ready for this:

sweet system now they just need some sort of account recovery for those who literally have no proof of there account except for the fact its been inactive for years lol.
that sucks that h1z1 sucks I was going to give it a chance but learned it was in a buggy beta stage so passed...did it suck cause its beta and buggy or did it just suck period
Can't even call it beta. It is still alpha and is very much indeed buggy. I can live with bugs, especially in an alpha game. But the reason it sucks for me, is because it's infested with hackers and the developers have gravitated more towards the Battle Royale aspect of the game than the actual survival. On top of that their lead developer ditched them for a better opportunity elsewhere. So that doesn't really boost my confidence in it's success.
