Locked spawn doors on badlands especially by this player "[Valve]kevin" 3 VALVE_0:4:1400754182
He locks them then gets the flag and caps it, comes back unlocks the door kills any one who comes out (He's HW) then locks it again and repeat.

I've never heard of being able to lock doors on badlands.
