For our stats plugin, a number of maps don't count flag caps.  My guess is this bug is related to which events this plugin monitors for flag caps.  A few maps use a different event for flag captures.  I made the amx plugin that refreshes your nades after a cap and I saw this same problem.

There's a hidden cap point in that map, perhaps that one will count for stats
