Upload your files on an online storage service, I use Google Drive and ADrive, check them here -> Google Drive https://www.google.com/drive/ ADrive http://www.adrive.com

The best solution is to do a clean install of TFC on your new PC, and then download every popular map from the Internet if you don't want to wait while connecting to a server. I use 7buddies for downloading TFC stuff, check it here -> http://www.17buddies.net/17b2/index.html (You can save those maps on your USB key, 1 GB is enough for many maps.)
