This program works well to convert .jpg to .wad then you gotta change its name to tempdecal.wad and move it to your tfc files.
Note: if you change your options it will be removed so you must move it your tfc files again.

You may contact ill4death about this. Hedoes great sprays and knows more things than me.

so i got the one program but havent figured it out just yet!!! working on it though!!
