He's either freakishly good (which, to be fair, is possible), or he has at least a wallhack and probably an aimbot as well.
His play style and tactics remind of darkash, who I believe is a banned hacker. Lurks at balcony spawn as sniper, throws a few grens out, and occasionally pops out and nails people instantly and almost faultlessly.
Also, he clearly knows when someone is waiting to ambush him outside spawn, or when someone gets onto the balcony by trimping. There are usually audio cues for these things that he could pick up, but he's faultless at doing so as far as I can tell.

There's no HLTV ("ESN") right now on Battlezone. I guess it's to figure out the recent issues the server had.
Ah. I did notice that the !report function wasn't working as well. That's a shame.
