As requested by Blackie, I'm going to attempt to create a little sniper ladder and see how it goes.
It will be 1v1, in the Sniperzone, map is 2fortsniper_mk (for this first round).
As it is only 1v1, you are responsible to schedule your own matches!!
I will keep the records locally on my computer, so once matches are complete, please PM or Steam message me with both scores.

Okay I'm feeling a lot better now that the antibiotics have kicked in healing what I think was a bacterial infection in my lungs that had me very sick (cold sweats/fever/weird dreams/coughing to the point of losing my voice etc) so I was able to gather more strength and make a better awards spray I believe for the 2fortsniper tourny you guys are running. Let me know what you think of this second version.
Anyone with even limited paint skill should be able to take the pics I attached here and write their own names on the ribbon. (Space is limited on the ribbon so use abbreviation or short forms). And someone should be able to easily convert them since everything is formatted correctly for easy wally spray editor conversion. If you need me to keep performing the insertion of the new names for the end of each tourny let me know I'll be glad to do it but it should be pretty simple.
Congrats to winners of this first official EVIL SNIPER TOURNAMENT!
P.S. I've also included my custom small fonts to make it easier to put new names in the ribbon area. (also attached)

I saw the demo twice and i think there should be a redo. Someone other person entered the server and was a distraction. Is there anyway we can lock the sniper server during tournaments?

If this happens again, ask the person politely to wait in spec. If they refuse, well, wait a few minutes... Use the console command "amx_who" which will give you a SteamID and an IP. Pass that on to any admin, and the person will be dealt with.
Ill - Adding a password would have to be done by an admin, and if that is the case, the admin could just kick the person refusing to wait in spec.
I suggest that there be a scheduled time for a tourny event btwn 2 people posted here when they agree on a time then an admin can agree to lock the server for that period of time and wouldn't have to stick around and unlock it after that time. Perhaps a 1 hour lock down with a password posted here by the attending admin who agree to facilitate it. Anyone who gets the password by looking here should likely have enough repect to stay in spectate.

I already said in the first post with the chart that the forfeit winners don't get any points because the match didn't happen. Sounds unfair to a lot players since a lot had their matches forfeit but I'll make another version of the chart some time soon.
Meh, doesn't bother me any. Because regardless of how the numbers sit, the top 3 are the ones still in the tourney, with the fourth being Deadly (knocked out last night)
