He banned me because I was fighting with him to keep hook off. 7 players voted Off. 1 On... Admin, Hook has been turned ON.
Hook vote is for players, but admins aren't god, they think that they can do whatever they want because they have "powers".

Answer to your question in short is i also typically turn the hook right back on if I'm present, especially if everyone's spamming the hook vote. (it's a hook server)
I just don't usually ban someone over it.
I don't see your name in the ban list, what is your IP, as you where IP banned that's what I require to remove the ban.
