Consider a scenario where a child is abducted. Under a registration method which requires the carry of government documents for the enforcement of citizenship, the abductor possesses as a set of options: to steal the real birth certificate, to use a real one that belongs to another child, or to forge this type of document.

But, a government system that enforces an "information standard" makes it impossible to forge records, not without the capability of editing government files in a government location. The abductor is pressured to steal the "sequences" that belong to the parents of the child. Is it possible that such a government system of registration might protect an abducted child more soundly? Well, I'm beginning to wonder, personally...
