Calling people jews, fags, kikes, etc. I told him to stop, and to read the rules, told me and I quote; "make me you gay jew." also, few other quotes of his:
"i think they are definetly reptiliards sent by OBABA to destry to white race." (bad spelling)
"nigger."
"you fucking kike."
"EVEN IF YOU ARE ALL CHEATING KIKES"
Probably just some 13 year old who got some funds for his steam account for his birthday and bought TFC.

As long as it's quotes, I'm fine with it.
There's been a guy doing this off and on for years and I'm wondering if its the same dude. The guy joins the server off and on (usually he will wait for no EVIL members), spouts racial profanity and then leaves a few minutes later.
That or he Ragequits because he plays TFC so bad he might as well be a toddler.
