Open it and leave it for a while outside so the worst smell go away. Try not to smell when you lift up the fish on a plate still outside. Leave it on the plate for a while so more smell go away before you add the typical accessories.
Enjoy, the taste isn´t as bad as the smell. We drink beer and schnaps when we eat it.
lol..i know ! Bucket of water gonna be there too for the start up ;) Beer is also in the fridge and just waiting for the fish ^^
