STEAM_0:0:429174175 blatantly admitted to wallhacking and that hes been banned countless times and no one can stop his vpn.

I have put forth a small amount of effort to block his vpn, I didn't bother checking if there are more subnets in Florida, but I have banned the two that he was using to connect from, please let me know when/if he returns, adding the rest of the VPN network he is using is not a problem.
