Why can`t connect Server BattzleZone??? maybe ban ?

Hi man i have some problem with this server battlezone ,i can`t connect it`s like cannot to go !!!
Maybe is problem or ban ?

,Look this picture that is not banned, it`s was problem connect cannot !
I already run other server work , NOT (EVIL)!!!
Anyone how fix it !!
