I guarantee you, that if I ever see anyone on the servers being a racist, I will deal with it, with a ban.
I've copy and pasted his valve ids onto my "Wanted" note file in my ESClan folder on my desktop. Every time from now I that I see someone being racist, I will check the valve ids to see if they match up, if they do, its an instant perm for evasion.
Finally had a chance to look at this...
Looks like they all had the same IP as well, so I've gone ahead and IP banned.

valve ids change everytime you connect to server even if its the same player.... you want to track them with ip addresses
