Title: Does blocking a teleporter in maps with godmode count as blocking?

got it. when i see some dick blocking my teleporter exit or entrance again, i'll report him with a screenshot.

Not sure of this pertains to your particular situation... but standing on a tele, waiting for it to load up, wouldnt be blocking...

GLaDOS meant that in certain maps (like matclub) you can get a God mode powerup, and then you can stand on a teleporter exit telefragging everyone who uses it.

Yup. Sounds like blocking / exploiting a map.
