I watched the demo. That person is obviously using the heli from spawn. Good catch.

I have discussed with the member, explained that it is against the rules, and recorded this. Thank you for your demo.

On a side note... Did you notice that you weren't wearing your membership tag?

Yes, I know, normally i don't use the tag,maybe the next time i play i will have it,  already told P0izon when i became member and he said than there is no problem not having the tag

I don't believe I said this. I always make it a point to tell every new member that they MUST keep the tag on at all times while on our servers. Your name however, isn't necessarily required to stay the same. So maybe this is where the confusion came from.
