Please keep an open mind for a few days (one benefit from ff is reduced nade spam).  Mirror damage is another option we could consider.
There's also another plugin for friendly fire incidents, not sure how well it works in TFC though: Advanced Team Attack Control (ATAC)

Additionally this can be used to highlight building related team damage, but it's incomplete as it doesn't detect damage by melee or hitscan weapons: Announcing TKs of engineer's buildings

As for the TK Revenge plugin which is running now, way back in 2008 I wrote this:
