Steam ID is now Valve Steam ID

I noticed a couple of days ago that my rank information is now going to a different ID. My normal stats are under STEAM_0:0:647646 and now my stat info is going to STEAM_0:VALVE_0:4:905349357. Is this a server side issue or something on my end?

I like following my stats for my own personal gratification, and to mention at dinner parties that I am one of the 25 highest ranked TFC players in the entire Dominion of Canada on the Evil server.

Well take it from the Number 1 player in Canada...

It is server side. It happens, but it's complicated. It is a random occur ancestors that will correct itself the next time the server restarts.
